Participant Waiver & Consent
By registering to attend a March4NETs Event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
- I understand that participation in this event is voluntary and may involve walking or physical activity.
- I assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to falls, weather conditions, and other hazards.
- I release NeuroEndocrine Cancer Australia, event organisers, and sponsors from any claims or liabilities arising from my participation.
- I confirm that I am physically able to participate and take full responsibility for my health and safety.
- I consent to any event photography or videography being used for promotional purposes.
- In case of emergency, I agree to receive necessary medical assistance.
