Join Dee - Brisbane March4NETs facilitator as we walk for a brighter future for those living with NETs!
In 2024 I was diagnosed with a rare neuroendocrine cancer called a pheochromocytoma. In 2005, my brother lost his life due to NETs. This cause is incredibly close to my heart.
This March as the Brisbane facilitator, I'm walking to raise funds for NeuroEndocrine Cancer Australia (NECA) and all Australians living with neuroendocrine cancer, Australia’s 7th most diagnosed cancer.
Come down to the Sandgate foreshore near the Shorncliffe Pier on March 8th. It will be a morning full of conversation and connection!
Join me for a BBQ 🌭 and a walk 🚶♀️as we march towards greater awareness about NETs! 💙
NECA is the only Australian not-for-profit medical charity dedicated to neuroendocrine tumors (NETs). Their commitment to assisting patients, raising awareness, advocating for new treatments, and supporting Australian research is crucial.
This March I’m joining forces with other Australians to support the 31,000+ people living with NETs in our country.
Together, we can make a real impact on the lives of NET patients and work towards a brighter future.
