I’m marching towards a brighter future for people living with neuroendocrine cancer!
This March I’m walking to raise funds for NeuroEndocrine Cancer Australia (NECA) and all Australians living with neuroendocrine cancer, Australia’s 7th most diagnosed cancer.
NECA is the only Australian not-for-profit medical charity dedicated to neuroendocrine tumors (NETs). Their commitment to assisting patients, raising awareness, advocating for new treatments, and supporting Australian research is crucial.
This March I’m joining forces with other Australians to support the 31,000+ people living with NETs in our country.
Together, we can make a real impact on the lives of NET patients and work towards a brighter future.
Support my fundraiser for NeuroEndocrine Cancer Australia today as I March4NETs!

Possibly last walk for the fundraiser
Friday 27th Mar We are currently waiting for bad weather from a cyclone up north So today may potentially be my last walk for the fundraiser I have achieved my goal of walking most days While I have managed to highlight NETs to a degree I probably haven’t put as much energy into it as usual as my husband has been quite unwell I would like to thank everyone who has supported me with sponsorship, sharing my posts and words of encouragement Thank you all so much ❤️ Share

Hot day and unleashed dogs
Friday 6th Mar It’s only 9 o’clock and already stinking hot but we pushed through I’m thinking I might need to get up a bit earlier Also we had to do a bit of a reroute because of unleashed dogs My girls get a bit anxious when other dogs come bounding up to them Also they are quite small so worry about them being attacked BUT other than that enjoying the walks and awareness raising Share
Long weekend
Tuesday 3rd Mar It’s been a slow start to my March for NETs campaign this year. We went to a camp out/concert in the wheat belt to celebrate the long weekend in WA and unfortunately I had a close encounter with a snake which put off walking of the track but I’m home now and this morning have enthusiastically began. Thanks to everyone who has donated and shared my story 😍 ShareThank you to my Sponsors
