Sisters Full Moon Swim

I'd love you and your posse of sisters to join me for the  2026 Sisters Full Moon Swim.

When: Tuesday March 3

Location: Huskissons/Shark Net Bay

Time: 6.30 onwards with a picnic or as the sky darkens. We will swim somewhere between 8:30 and 9ish when the moon is high.

Donation: $50 (you’ll be prompted to enter this on the next screen)

TONIGHT!!

Tuesday 3rd Mar
The day has arrived! While it’s a trifle disappointing to have cloud potentially blocking our view of the ‘Red Moon’ and some intermittent rain…it’s our day and we will revel in it! An update for those able to attend:
Where: Meet on the grassy slope above SharkNet Beach
When: Gather from 6:30 to 8pm latest. We will enter the water at 8:15.
We will proceed whatever the weather unless it is storming dangerously!
Please share among your friends so no one misses the swim.

It’s so exciting seeing your names appear on the page! We are now well past my initial goal and I am deeply grateful to you all for committing funds to NECA, particularly in this climate of restraint.
The Cancer world has seen incredible advances in both earlier diagnosis and cure for many cancers. It is challenging to live positively in the knowledge that this particular cancer remains difficult to diagnose, challenging to treat and remains incurable. NECA is tireless as an organisation and is achieving measurable change in many areas through its advocacy both nationally and globally. Please know that your donations will continue to support this advocacy toward NECA’s goal of ‘early diagnosis and a cure’.
